When your body doesn’t get enough sleep, you body makes more stress hormones cortisol. As a result, high levels of cortisol can lead to inflammation of the body, such as acne and psoriasis. Sleep condition and skin condition can greatly improve when getting a good night’s rest. Here are some reasons how sleep can affect your skin:
