Self care is an important topic most people do not spend enough time thinking about but how you treat yourself is how you invite the whole world to treat you. An empty lantern provides no light. Take care of your emotions, take care of your spiritual health, take care of your physics health and body, take care of your mind and thoughts. Take care of yourself. Even if that means putting on a dress, high heels and turning your face towards the sunshine for 10 mins after a long day at work.
