Where does MD Glam ship?

We currently ship within the United States.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will send out a shipping confirmation email once your item has shipped.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email that is sent out once your item has been shipped.

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 7 working days of receiving the order. Items must be unopened and in its original packaging. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note we will not refund your original shipping charges. Email us at info@mdglam.com and we’ll help you place the return.

When do I know my return has been received?

Once we receive your returned items, we will notify you by email. Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place the original order. Please allow up to 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the money to be issued back to your bank/card issuer.

What skin types are MD Glam products suitable for?

Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben-free, sulfate-free, cruelty free and alcohol free.
