Cinco De Mayo Skin Tips
Cinco De Mayo is coming up very shortly. It’s an annual celebration of the Mexican Army’s unlikely victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla on May 5th, 1862, hence Cinco De Mayo (May 5th). However, this celebration is becoming more and more of an American culture that involves food and drinks (heavy on the drinks). Since there’s little preparation time, here’s three ways to take care of your skin without sacrificing it.
One, eat light before your party starts like salad, wraps, and chicken. This definitely won’t make your face and body feel greasy. Another is have an ample amount of sleep the night before. This will make you feel well-rested and restored. And of course, drink plenty of water before and after the celebration due to the alcohol consumption you probably did.
Make sure you do these steps and your skin will definitely thank you later!
